What we are like / not like.

    • LIKE: we let you get information from the internet
    • NOT LIKE: our’s is hand-picked, curated, user-touched content
    • NOT LIKE: We don’t index the internet, only add visitor-suggested / pages chosen by our content team
  • Wikipedia
    • LIKE: pages evolve over time as people collaborate
    • NOT LIKE: we quote verbatime (republish), not only cite as reference
  • WordPress
    • LIKE: we are “proudly” powered by WordPress.
    • LIKE: we are “freemium” – the platform and content (except when sourced) are free, but we encourage individuals and organizations to “ply their wares”
    • LIKE: we support donations, especially for not-for-profits
  • Banks
    • LIKE: We operate a “favour” bank by goodwill
    • NOT LIKE: we do not handle money
    • NOT LIKE: no payback required, only pay-it-forward
  • Company
    • LIKE: We have products and services to offer
    • NOT LIKE: these are as individuals, not as any binidng organization
  • NGO
    • LIKE: interested in social work, not here to make money
    • NOT LIKE: donations made to us are not tax-exempt as we are not registered

    • LIKE: lots of freebies, openly promoting anyone we “deem worthy”
    • NOT LIKE: No clutter, no negative, no scams, no undigested info

    • LIKE: we are a marketplace for professionals interested in collaborating and referring one another
    • NOT LIKE: Peaceworks and Snaploy are free
  • Social Media
    • LIKE: ours is a social venture and all our “interaction” is on Social Media like FB, Twitter, YouTube, Google Groups, WhatsApp
    • LIKE: we encourage people to create, update and promote their channels and articles freely
    • NOT LIKE: we do not require a login.
    • NOT LIKE: there is no wall or comments (all that happens on Social Media)
    • NOT LIKE: we do not track statistics or “page views”
