EXERCISE 2: Observe Your Thoughts
#Description: OBJECTIVE: Filtering from the infiltrating thoughts.
Awareness, Imagination, Guidance leading to Choices. - Are the thoughts A) Inspiring or B) Provoking?
Realize: Inspiration is from within and directs us to our NEED (fulfilment) and Wish (betterment). Provocation is external misdirecting us to Wants (mirage - false) and misleading Desires.
How to differentiate between Inspiration and Provocation:
A) Inspiration is Intuitive insight bringing ease, peace, compassion, patience, gratitude, humility, nobility and responsibility, enriching the soul with a dynamic life enhancing integrating and expanding drive.
B) Provocation is intruding - external sight, deviating divisive desires, dis-ease, chaos, complain, selfishness (envy, greed and pride), leading to static life depleting, degenerating self destructive collapse.
Realize: The way we See is the way we THINK, FEEL and NEED.
A) Positive we feel as whole - us, all as extensions of Self, wholesomely we see with a conscious conscience and integrated we feel. Seeking good for all (Sabke achche ki ichcha - ??? ?? ??? ??????????).
B) Negative: Fragmentally we see as me, you, we and they with a perverted ego, disintegrated we feel. Seeking good only for me and my people (meri aur mere log ki achche ki ichcha - ???? ???? ?? ???? ????? ?? ??? ??????????)
Our intentions lead us to our destiny; signs come to warn negative results when we fragment humanity into separate factions. Q 6:159 (Sangat) like: - Me-You, Mine-Yours, Ours-Others and 'We-They' etc.
A. Me only (self-centred): I fall sick.
B. My-Yours: companions fall sick.
C. Ours - Others: Family gets sick.
D. We - They: Region gets Epidemic.
