Assuming I've agreed to a non disclosure agreement and that this is the initial discovery stage, please let me know the following
What are the main features of this platform?
Who is the target audience?
What sort of staff does it need?
Do you need help preparing a funding pitch? Or are you already funded?
Can you describe in detail who are the actors and what are the use cases?
Do you have a clear roadmap on what needs to be built, when?
Are you familiar with software development process and the minimum viable product approach with iterative additions?
What are your marketing budgets and financial projections for the first year?
Do early team members such as myself get perks / %age of profits?
Are there any other key team members? What is their role?
To book an initial consulting, I suggest we do a video call for 2 hours.
And by the end of the discovery stage, I will ready a software requirements specification document.
Once development begins, I will also detail the technical specifications.
My charges are 2000 per hour and I prefer to work in 5 hours a day spells, on a bi monthly sprint planning model where you define the number of days on day 1 of the sprint.
